UoN AWSC at COP 28 - Dubai, Dec 2023

Recognizing the urgency created by the ongoing global climate crisis, and the crucial role women play in climate action, the University of Nairobi's African Women Studies Centre (UoN AWSC) and the CRAWN Trust have joint efforts to host a side event at the ongoing COP 28 event in Dubai UAE. Through this event dubbed ‘EmpowerHer: Kenya’s Journey to Gender Responsive Climate Justice’ ,the two organizations aim to create meaningful impact by addressing the challenges posed by climate change, while championing gender equality.
