Visiting professors at the School of Law

Prof. Atieno Mboya Samandari of Emory University School of Law (Atlanta, USA) has joined the University of Nairobi (UoN) as a Fulbright Fellow. The Fulbright Fellowship that she has secured will enable her to carry out teaching and research in the areas of environmental law, human rights law, gender and water law until July 2021. During this time, she will also facilitate a faculty seminar on law and vulnerability and details of this will be circulated later. 

Prof. Victoria Time of the Old Dominion University (Virginia, USA) will join UoN as a Visiting Professor from June to September 2021. During this time, she will teach and research in the areas of comparative justice systems, contemporary legal issues, human rights, nation-building, crimes of culture, and criminal law.
