The Centre will provide leadership development training and talent assessment for students, faculty and management in the University as well as leadership development in Kenya and the African continent. Through the centre, there will be an Executive Leadership program and short course in leadership using TTI SI tools.

The Ag. Vice Chancellor, Prof. Isaac Mbeche gladly welcomed the collaboration citing the mandate of the University to the country is to train the leaders in the nation that are in leadership positions but have not gone through training, “I have been convinced that this is a great partnership, I look forward to adopt this methodology and have effective output to the country’s development.”

President of TTI SI International, Mr. Rick Bowers noted that there are endless opportunities through this partnership and pledged  great outcomes , “We are taking the step of customizing the leadership training tools to Africa and its challenges, this partnership will deliver its mission. “

The faculty and management in the School of Business have gone through the leadership training and they received certificates of recognition through the courtesy call.
