College of Architecture and Engineering

College of Architecture and Engineering provides education in disciplines of engineering, art and those concerned with the built environment. Some of the disciplines offered in this college under its various schools and faculties include Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geospatial Engineering, Environmental & Biosystems, Art & Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Planning, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Estate Agency and Property Management.

College of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences

The College of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences is the centre of the University of Nairobi that teaches veterinary medicine and various disciples in agriculture. The undergraduate courses taught in its faculties include Agriculture, Management of Agroecosystems and Environment, Food Science and Technology, Food, Nutrition and Dietetics, Range Management, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Education and Extension, Crop Protection, Biomedical Technology, Veterinary Medicine, Wildlife Management and Animal Health and Production.

College of Biological and Physical Sciences

The College of Biological and Physical Sciences provides education in the discipline of Science and Technology. College of Education and External Studies

The College of Education and External Studies is Nairobi's centre for Teacher Education, Open Learning, Research and Community Service. Undergraduate courses taught at this college include Arts (B.ed), Early Childhood Education, Science (B.ed), ICT (B.ed) among others.

College of Health Sciences

The undergraduate programmes offered at the College of Health Sciences include MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) for aspiring Doctors, BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) for aspiring Dental Surgeons, BPharm. (Bachelor of Pharmacy) for aspiring Pharmacists, BSc. (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) for aspiring Graduate Nurses and BSc. (Biochemistry) for aspiring Biochemists. A BSc. degree in Human Anatomy is also offered but no students are admitted directly into this programme. The group admitted to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery is the catchment for this programme.

The College of Humanities and Social Sciences is the University of Nairobi's learning centre that teaches disciplines in humanities and social sciences.
